It’s time, once again, for the Press Club of Long Island’s Annual Media Awards Competition. PCLI takes pride in recognizing outstanding work in print, broadcast and online journalism during 2007.
As always, panels of judges from other regions will have the difficult task of choosing the winners.
NEW FOR 2008:
- New pricing structure, with one deadline for all entries
Like last year, the first entry for a Press Club individual members is FREE. Additional entries are $20. That’s a $10 drop from last year.
For non-member individuals, it’s $25 per entry.
And for organizations, it’s $30 per entry, also $10 less per entry than last year.
- New online category for best news blog
- New print category for general interest columns
The postmark deadline for entries is Friday, Feb. 22, 2008.
