How to Be A Smart News Consumer in the Digital Age

The Press Club of Long Island and Hofstra University will hold a free presentation for the public and journalists on Wednesday, Oct. 27, featuring a news-gathering and news-judgment simulation, a panel discussion on media literacy and a buffet dinner.

The program, “How to Be A Smart News Consumer in the Digital Age,” will start at 6:30 p.m. at the Hofstra University Student Center Theater and Multi-Purpose Room.
